By accessing our website or engaging Nexus Web Security ("Nexus") for VAPT or defensive infrastructure consulting, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

The client explicitly warrants that they possess legal ownership or direct, authorized control over all target URLs, APIs, cloud environments, and digital assets submitted for testing. By purchasing any service package, the client authorizes Nexus to simulate controlled cyberattacks, manual exploitation attempts, and automated vulnerability scans on the designated infrastructure.
Rules of EngagementOnly assets expressly included in the approved scope will be tested.

Comprehensive web-application VAPT, full REST/GraphQL API testing, and cloud-configuration reviews. Includes 2 free re-tests within 60 days.
Limitation of Liability
Nexus operates using rigorous global engineering standards. However, due to the inherent nature of manual exploit execution and penetration testing, the client acknowledges that defensive probing carries a minor baseline risk of service latency. Nexus, its CEO Tanvir Ahmed, and its 15 associated engineers shall not be held liable for any incidental service degradation, operational downtime, or data modifications occurring within designated target parameters during authorized testing windows.
Payment, Taxes, and Refunds
All fees are billed as flat-rate transactions in USD or equivalent local BDT values. Payment must be cleared prior to scheduling testing slots. Due to the intensive allocation of dedicated manual engineering labor, refunds are not issued once active environment scanning or manual testing phases have formally initiated.
